硅灰对碳纤维混凝土强度及电阻率影响研究

         

摘要

The effect of silica fume on the compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting strength of carbon fiber reinforced concrete was studied by adding silica fume to the carbon fiber reinforced concrete. The influence of silica fume on the resistivity of carbon fiber reinforced concrete was also studied. The results showed that the compressive strength of CFRC decreased by 5.9%, the flexural strength increased by 25.8% and the splitting strength increased by 21.1% compared with plain concrete. The compressive strength, flexural strength, cracking strength increased with the addition of 10% silica fume, the compressive strength increased by 39%, the flexural strength increased by 40.6% and the splitting strength increased by 34.3%. After adding silica fume, the resistivity of carbon fiber concrete was also obviously reduced. The resistivity of the two was reduced by 8.6Ω in 3d, and the difference became smaller and smaller with the passage of time. It showed that the silica fume had significant effect on the resistivity of carbon fiber concrete, which further proved that the addition of silica fume can effectively improve the dispersion of carbon fiber in concrete.%通过在碳纤维混凝土中加入硅灰,研究了硅灰对碳纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂强度的影响规律,同时研究了硅灰对碳纤维混凝土电阻率的影响作用.结果表明:碳纤维混凝土相对素混凝土,抗压强度降低了5.9%,抗折强度提高了25.8%,劈裂强度增加了了21.1%;加入硅灰后,碳纤维混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂强度都有所增加;10%硅灰掺量时,抗压强度增加了39%,抗折强度提高了40.6%,劈裂强度提高了34.3%.加入硅灰后碳纤维混凝土电阻率也明显降低,3 d时两者电阻率降低了8.6 Ω,随着时间的推移,差值越来越小.说明硅灰对碳纤维混凝土的电阻率也有明显作用,进一步证明了加入硅灰可以有效提高碳纤维在混凝土中的分散性.
