The characteristics of underground commercial buildings determined that it has greater fire risk and fire danger and more problems of the evacuation design. Combined with the typical example of actual project and the present specification about underground commercial buildings,common evacuation design problems of underground commercial buildings were analyzed and general design methods were summarized. Several fire scenes were set and numerical simulation and evacuation simulation were done. Results proved that it was reasonable to moderately borrow safety exit width from adjoining fire partition,to set the underground street passage as a refuge walkway or security channel with corresponding fire and smoke control methods.%地下商业建筑的特点决定了其具有更大的火灾危险性和火灾危害性,人员疏散设计常常遇到许多问题.本文结合实际工程中的典型案例和现行规范对地下商业建筑的规定,对地下商业建筑疏散设计常见问题进行了分析,总结了地下商业建筑人员疏散设计的通用方法.通过设置火灾场景进行数值模拟和人员疏散模拟,证明了适度借用通向相邻防火分区的安全出口,将地下过街通道作为避难走道并采取相应的防火、防烟措施等方法的合理性.
