高磷鲕状赤铁矿深度还原过程中磷灰石还原热力学研究

         

摘要

某高磷鲕状赤铁矿磷含量为1.31%,主要以磷灰石的形式存在.采用热力学分析、模拟计算及试验验证的方法,对该矿石深度还原过程中磷灰石的还原热力学行为进行了研究.结果显示,在预定的深度还原温度范围内,矿石中的磷灰石可以被还原;杂质氧化物参与反应可降低起始反应温度;升高还原温度、增大C/O摩尔比和延长反应时间均有利于磷灰石的还原,在还原温度1548 K、还原时间50 min、C/O摩尔比2.0的条件下,磷灰石的还原度达到78.57%.上述研究内容对高磷鲕状赤铁矿深度还原过程中磷元素迁移走向的选择有指导意义.%A high-phosphorus oolitic hematite ore contains 1.31% phosphorus, which exists in the form of apatite. Thermodynamic analysis, analog calculation, and experimental verification methods were used to study the reduction behavior of apatite in the ore. The results showed that the apatite in oolitic hematite ore could be reduced at the predetermined temperatures,and the partici-pation of oxides in reduction reaction decreased the initial reaction temperature. Increasing the tem-perature and C/O molar ratio or extending the reduction time were in favor of apatite. The reduction degree of apatite reached 78.57% when the high-phosphorus oolitic hematite ore was reduced at 1 548 K with a C/O molar ratio of 2.0 and 50 min reduction. The above research will provide guid-ance for the selection of the phosphorus transformation in coal-based reduction of high-phosphor-us oolitic hematite ore.
