肋形混凝土永久梁模板叠合梁抗弯性能试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the flexural behavior of prefabricated ribbed concrete permanent girder composite girder,a bending beam test was carried out using prefabricated ribbed concrete permanent beam template composite beam and the same type,concrete grade and reinforcement.The average bending load increased by 28.5% ,the average yield load increased by 17.6% ,and the average ultimate load increased by 16.3%.Deformation (deflection)is less than the whole beam,the crack is delayed and thinner than the whole beam,which can provide the basis for the design and use of the template.%为研究预制肋形混凝土永久梁模板叠合梁抗弯性能,设计制作了使用预制肋形混凝土永久梁模板叠合梁和同规格、混凝土级别、配筋的整浇梁进行抗弯试验,结果表明,预制肋形混凝土永久梁模板与新浇混凝土结合良好,整体性满足要求;叠合梁抗弯承载能力高于整浇梁,平均开裂荷载提高28.5%,平均屈服荷载提高17.6%,平均极限荷载提高16.3%;变形(挠度)小于整浇梁,裂缝比整浇梁推迟且细而密,可为该种模板的设计使用提供依据.
