垃圾焚烧炉渣水泥制品中重金属元素的溶出性能研究

         

摘要

采用垃圾焚烧炉渣,配制水泥净浆试件,试验研究了标准养护和碳化作用条件下,水泥制品中重金属元素的溶出经时变化性能,并对照相关标准,评价了垃圾焚烧炉渣水泥制品的环境安全性.结果表明,水泥试件中重金属的溶出主要发生在浸渍早期(14 d),而后趋于平缓,21 d后溶出量极其微小;溶出规律符合指数函数.与标准养护相比,碳化作用后水泥试件的重金属溶出量增加.垃圾焚烧炉渣水泥制品可能会造成水环境的Cr污染.%Municipal solid waste incineration slag was used to make the cement paste specimens.Leaching behavior of heavy metals from the cement products under the standard curing and the carbonation was experimentally studied.The environmental safety of cement products incorporating municipal solid waste incineration slag was also assessed.Results show that the leaching of heavy metals concentrates at the early age(14 d),and decreases afterwards.The leaching becomes minute,even undetected after 21 d.The leaching rule of heavy metals is in accordance with exponential function.Carbonation aggravates the leaching of heavy metals from the cement paste.The municipal solid waste incineration slag cement products may cause the Cr pollution to the water environment.
