一种基于ARM和FPGA的高性能大功率直流电源

         

摘要

为了满足大功率直流供电的需要,设计了一种由若干相同标准直流单元串并联组成的直流标准单元,主要对标准单元技术进行了介绍,该单元以M4和FPGA为微处理控制核心,以可控硅为功率器件.首先对标准单元的硬件结构进行了设计,着重介绍了并联时大功率回路的器件选型;接着对标准单元的软件结构和方法进行了介绍,在经典双闭环控制的基础上,提出了参数线性化控制方法,解决了PID参数自适应的问题;最后以自制的直流单元进行了实验,电流输出控制精度能够达到0.2%以上.%In order to meet the need of high power DC power supply,a DC standard unit which composed of a series of parallel units with the same standard is designed in this paper.In this paper,the standard cell technology is introduced,which takes M4 and FPGA as the core of the micro processing control.In this paper,the hardware structure of the standard unit is designed at first,and the selection of the high power circuit is introduced.Secondly,the software structure and method of the standard unit are introduced,on the basis of the classical double closed loop control,this paper puts forward the parameter linearization control method,which solves the problem of PID parameter self-adaptation.Finally,the experimental results show that the current output control precision can reach more than 0.2%.
