基于MPI大地电磁二维正则化反演并行计算研究

         

摘要

运用并行技术能提高运算效率,在大地电磁数据处理中,偏导数矩阵的计算占据了大量的计算时间,使得反演速度较慢.这里在目标函数中采用基于阻尼高斯—牛顿法的正则化反演方法,对偏导数计算进行并行处理,其余部份保留串行计算模式,针对不同频率间实现完全对等的并行策略,模拟在多进程下的并行计算速度.通过两个理论模型试算,验证了并行算法的正确性、高效性和稳定性.%The use of parallel technology can improve the efficiency in the magnetotelluric data processing. Partial derivative matrix calculation occupy the large amount of computing time and make the inversion slow. This article propose for the objective function to use the regularization inversion method based on the damping Gauss-Newton method, and to use parallel calculation to partial derivatives and the remaining part of the reservation serial computing model. The equivalence parallel strategy are adopted among the different frequency. Simulating the multi-process parallel computing speed through two theoretical models, the results show that the correctness of the algorithm and efficiency and stability.
