电厂锅炉煤粉浓度测量优化仿真研究

         

摘要

During thermal power coal-fired boiler operation,it's very important for the boiler combustion stability,economic security to detect the pulverized coal concentration of pipeline.In view of the low measurement accuracy of coal concentration measurement and the online real time monitoring cannot be monitored in power plant,a new method for measuring the concentration of pulverized coal based on microwave circular waveguide is presented.The HFSS (high frequency electromagnetic) simulation software is used to build a model for measuring primary air pulverized coal concentration in power plant piping experiment,a reasonable and effective microwave emission frequency,installation angle,the type of Antenna probe,antenna installation distance and other important parameters are obtained by theoretical analysis and simulations.By field experiment in Jilin Thermal Power Plant,the results show that the selected parameter better meet the requirements of the scene,can more accurately reflect the changes in the concentration of pulverized coal,and the validity of simulation is proved.%火电厂燃煤锅炉运行过程中,准确监测一次风管道中的煤粉浓度对锅炉燃烧的稳定性,安全性和经济性至关重要.针对现阶段电厂测量煤粉浓度存在测量精度低,无法在线实时监测的缺点,提出了一种基于微波圆波导的测量煤粉浓度的方法,并采用HFSS(高频电磁)仿真软件对微波圆波导法测量电厂进行一次风管道煤粉浓度实验,并进行仿真建模,通过对微波圆波导法的理论分析以及仿真得出合理有效的微波发射频率、探头安装角度、天线探头类型以及探头安装距离等重要参数.经吉林热电厂现场指导实验,结果表明选取的参数较好地满足现场要求,能够较准确反应煤粉浓度的变化,证明了仿真研究的有效性.
