轮式自行火炮悬架结构疲劳寿命预测仿真

         

摘要

A simulation method is used to analyze failure mechanism and predict fatigue life of structure of wheeled self-propelled guns.The MSC.ADAMS/PATRAN/NASTRAN/FATIGUE conjoint fatigue analysis method is selected because cross arm under suspension has four points of load application and direct extraction of load information is difficult.The simulating calculation for process of traveling and shooting of model is carried out,then according to analytical method of stress fatigue,the fatigue life is analyzed integrated with load information,stress information and material attribute information.Finally,the damage area of fatigue and life prediction result of every working condition is confirmed.The shoot angle causing fatigue easily and the equivalent life of shoot are obtained.Analysis and prediction results can provide practicability reference for solving problem of suspension malfunction of equipment.%某型轮式自行火炮在长期列装使用期间,后悬架系统中的下横臂出现了裂纹.为研究其结构疲劳寿命,考虑到传统工业手段预测寿命困难耗时、代价昂贵,且通过大量实弹射击验证疲劳寿命不现实,故采用仿真手段分析破坏机理和预测各工况下的结构疲劳寿命.由于悬架下横臂有4个载荷作用点,直接提取载荷信息较为困难,故选用MSC.ADAMS/PATRAN/NASTRAN/FATIGUE联合疲劳分析的方法.对模型行驶和射击过程进行仿真计算,然后根据应力疲劳分析法,结合载荷信息、应力信息、材料属性信息进行疲劳寿命分析.最终确定疲劳损伤区域和各工况寿命预测结果.分析比较得出最易造成疲劳损伤的射击角度,以及射击等效寿命等.分析和预测结果为解决装备悬架故障提供实用性参考依据.
