链式火炮自动机结构改进及其动力学仿真研究

     

摘要

针对链式自动机动作的主动轮由电机驱动,链条上装有滑块,滑块能在机体的滑槽内滑动,用来带动自动机完成自动循环.等效能设计对传统链式自动武器,设计新链式自动方式,采用偏移式闭锁机构,为了射击平稳、结构简单和可靠性高,将链传动平面与自动机运动平面平行布置,提出将击发机构、抛壳机构整合到自动机体内,利用滑块解决链传动方向与自动机方向变化的问题.在UG软件上对改进的自动机结构进行三维实体建模,利用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真和运动学验证.结果表明设计机构能够正常工作,火炮自动系统工作时更加平稳,可靠性更高.%In the paper,we proposed a new chained automatic method using the excursion blocking mechanism and made parallel arrangement for the chain driving plane and automation operation plane in order to achieve shooting stability,simple structure and high reliability.We integrated the firing mechanism and cartridge ejecting mechanism into the automation.Firstly,we used the sliding block to solve the direction variation problem of chain driving and automation direction.Then,we built a three-dimensional solid model for the modified automaton structure using the UG software.Finally,we used the ADAMS software to make dynamics simulation and dynamics verification.The results indicate that the designed mechanism can work normally.The artillery automatic system is steady during work.The reliability is higher.
