气象应急资源管理平台的设计与实现

摘要

随着重特大突发公共事件的频繁发生,促进了气象应急资源管理平台工作.本文首先分析气象部门应急资源管理的需求现状,根据现状设计其气象应急资源管理平台的体系结构,并利用北斗终端的定位功能开发一套基于B/S结构的气象应急资源管理平台.%As a series of major incidents occurred, meteorological emergency resources management platform is promoted.
