x86服务器虚拟化平台性能测试

摘要

提出一种x86服务器虚拟化平台的性能测试系统。该系统支持Xen、VMware ESXi和Microsoft Hyper-V这3种虚拟化平台，可对平台上的虚拟服务器进行性能测试，同时获取虚拟化平台的性能数据。运用该系统对3种虚拟化平台完成性能测试，结果表明，Xen半虚拟化技术具有性能优势，而ESXi的总体表现最好。%A performance test system for x 86-based server virtualization platform is proposed in this paper .This system supports Xen, VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms , and it can make performance testing on virtual servers and fetch performance data of the virtualization platform under test at the same time .Performance tests are made for the 3 virtualiza-tion platforms above .The result shows Xen paravirtualization has performance advantages and ESXi performs best generally .
