基于 Android 的应急指挥系统

摘要

Currently, the individuals for emergency are slow-footed, because they have a burden that needs to carry cameras , tape recorders, GPS, compass, mobile phones and other equipments .Meanwhile, they can not report their findings by the multi-media description in the first time .In this paper , we studied the Android system characteristics , the software programming , de-signed an Android emergency command system , and implemented an emergency command system prototype on Android .The An-droid devices with this system can be integrated a variety of requirements in order to reduce the burden of disposal site staffs , im-prove the interactive capabilities between the site and command center , and enhance the action ability of individuals .%目前执行应急任务的单兵需要携带照相机、录音机、GPS、指南针、手机等设备，负担较大，不利于开展行动，同时也无法在第一时间上报现场情况的多媒体描述资料。在研究Android的系统特点以及应用程序开发的基础上，设计基于Android的应急指挥系统，实现一个Android应急指挥系统原型。搭载该系统的Android设备可以集成多种需求，减轻现场处置人员的负担，提高现场和指挥中心的交互能力，增强单兵的行动能力。
