基于S3C2440的真空差压铸造控制系统

         

摘要

介绍一种以S3 C2440为核心的真空差压铸造控制系统的设计,描述控制和铸造的实现原理、系统的硬件组成及对应的应用软件设计。利用该系统的应用程序软件可有效地实现对铸罐压力的精确控制。系统能够实时显示铸造过程中的参数变化曲线,具有网络传输、存储打印等功能,能够提高铸造的人机互动性和可靠性。%This paper mainly introduces the design of vacuum counter-pressure casting control system which is made up of S3C2440 as the core, describes the systematic principle of its implementation , hardware composition and its corresponding soft-ware design.The ladle pressure can be controlled accurately by using the application programs of the system .In the process of casting, the system can display the parameters in real-time and graphically display the casting .What’s more, it will add so many functions, such as network transmission, storage, printing, and so on.The designed system is good for improving human-comput-er interaction and reliability of casting .
