基于模糊控制的LED植物补光照明系统设计

         

摘要

针对植物生长所需要的光环境时变、非线性从而难以建立精确数学模型的问题,采用模糊控制算法实现植物生长光环境的精确稳定控制.设计基于LabVIEW的上位机,界面设定不同植物或同一植物不同生长阶段的红、蓝、绿波段的光量子通量密度值(PFD),下位机采用3个传感器实时检测红蓝绿波段的光量子通量密度,根据传感器输出电压差信号进行推理与决策,得到LED光源模块控制量,动态调整PWM值,控制LED光源输出红、蓝、绿光强度,以保证植物所需的红、蓝、绿PFD值为设定值.仿真及实验表明:系统实现了可精确稳定控制红、蓝、绿光光强度输出的智能调节,满足植物生长对光环境的需求.%To solve the problem that the demand of plant growth lighting environment is nonlinear,time-varying and difficult to establish accurate mathematical model,this paper proposes a novel control system based on fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy language description to realize the high precision control of plant growth lighting environment.In this system,PC interface based on LabVIEW,is used to set photon flux density (PFD) values of red,blue,green wavelength bands light for different plants or the same plant on different growth stags.In the lower computer system,3 TEMT6000 light intensity sensors are used to detect the real-time PFD of red,blue and green bands and output the reasoning and decision-making according to voltage difference signal of red,blue,green light,then control quantity of LED light source module is achieved and PWM values are dynamically adjusted,thus intensity output of LED light in red,blue,green bands is controlled and PFD values of the plant lighting required for red,blue,green bands are ensured.Simulation and experiments show that the system realizes the intelligent adjustment to control red,blue,green light intensity output accurately and stablely,which meets the needs of plant growth lighting environment.
