基于CMS的溜井垮塌三维信息获取及可视化分析

         

摘要

No. 5 main ore pass of one lead-zinc mine was severely damaged by Ore Drawing, the traditional measurement methods can not accurately gain the ore pass collapse situation, used the CMS and Large deposits 3D software Surpac, realized ore pass collapse' s 3D information accurately acquisition and visual analysis. Firstly, monitor the ore pass collapse area using CMS, taking collapse area measured data as foundation, collapse area three-dimensional model of the ore pass created by using Surpac and gain the collapse area three-dimensional configuration and the actual boundary accurately; Then, the original ore pass three-dimensional model were established according to the ore pass design material. Finally, through Boolean calculation among the models, the collapse area volume, area of largest collapse cross section and longitudinal profile, collapse width and so on were obtained accurately. The practice indicated that the integrated information of the ore pass collapse area obtained by this method are reliable, which can help to hold the actuality of collapse area accurately and offer the important accurate basis to strengthen and repair the ore pass collapse section.%某铅锌矿5#主溜井因倒矿冲击受损严重,采用传统的测量方法无法准确获得溜井垮塌状况,运用空区激光探测系统(C MS)和大型矿床三维软件Surpac,实现了对溜井垮塌三维信息的准确获取及可视化分析;采用CMS对溜井垮塌区进行三维探测,获取垮塌区相关信息,并以垮塌区实测数据为基础,运用Surpac软件构建起垮塌区三维可视化模型,准确获取溜井垮塌区三维形态和实际边界;运用溜井设计资料建立起溜井垮塌前三维模型,通过模型间的布尔运算,准确获得了垮塌区体积大小、最大垮塌横纵断面面积、垮塌宽度等综合信息;实践表明,运用该方法获得的溜井垮塌区信息可靠,为矿山准确掌握垮塌区现状,制定对溜井垮塌段进行加固修复提供了重要依据.
