低功耗智能多点挠度监测系统设计

         

摘要

现有的激光图像挠度监测系统大多存在着功耗大、布线方式繁琐等同题,为了解决这些问题,运用嵌入式技术、无线技术、秘书机制省电技术,设计并实现了一种耐用性高、功耗低的智能多点挠度监测系统;采用一种间断性电源供应管理器(简称“秘书机制管理器”)给系统元件动态供电,采用GPRS远程无线技术实现数据的远程传输,并采用SRWF-501单片射频收发器件实现系统内部元件之间的短程无线通信;在桥梁现场进行了系统性能测试试验,结果表明该系统具有功耗低、数据无线传输且能连续自动在线监测等优点,完全能解决现有的激光图像挠度监测系统的各种缺点.%Some disadvantages still exist in current laser image deflection monitoring systems, such as high power consumption, complex wiring and so on. In order to overcome these shortcoming, an intelligent multipoint deflection monitoring system with high durability and low power consumption is proposed, which makes use of embedded technology, wireless technology and secretary mechanism technology. In this system, an intermitlent power supply manager (called Secretary Mechanism Manager) is used to furnish the components with electricity dynamically. As well GPRS wireless module is used in data remote transmission, and SRWF-501 wireless module is used in short-range communication among the components in system. We tested the performance of the system on bridge, Experiment results demonstrate the low power consumption, data wireless transmission, and continuous online measurement of the new system which can solve the disadvantages of existing laser image deflection monitoring systems.
