由IETM驱动的诊断设备已成为装备现场维修的主要工具,针对S1000D规范下的IETM在故障诊断系统的实现技术问题,给出了基于IETM的装备故障诊断系统体系;同时,进行了基于S1000D的IETM项目开发流程分析,提出了IETM组件的功能分解结构,并分析了过程数据模块、IETM逻辑引擎和IETM数据库等组成结构;从S1000标准技术方面分析该技术,有利于IETM交互性原理研究,有利提高装备的维修保障能力.%Diagnostic equipment based on IETM-driven has been a primary tool in field maintenance of Materiel. Aiming at technical issues of IETM based on S1000D used in fault diagnosis system, we provide architecture of materiel fault diagnosis system based on IETM. Meanwhile, we analyse IETM project development process based on S1000D, give functional breakdown structure of IETM component, analysis process data module, IETM logic engine and IETM database, etc. Analyzing this technology from S1000 standard, helps study of IETM interactive principle, improves equipment maintenance support capability.
