故障电弧早期预测预警系统研究

         

摘要

根据开关柜内部故障电弧伴生放电声的频谱特性,提出基于三层小波包分解的频带能量特征弧声识别算法,构建基于DSP的故障电弧早期预警系统,给出了系统的软硬件设计方案,并就系统设计中弧声信号的获取、滤波及其智能识别算法中特征参数阈值选取等一些关键问题进行重点研究;该系统相当于给传统的故障电弧保护机制扩展了预测预警功能,有利于将故障电弧消除在事故发生之前;实验结果表明:系统运行正常,可准确、快速发出预警.%A system structure on forecast and early warning of faults arc system based-on DSP was set up. And the hardware and software design of system is introduced in detail. The paper provided the key technologies related, which focuses on the intelligent algorithm of arc sounds recognition based on three-layer wavelet packet decomposition and the effective transplantation to the DSP system. It is feasible to forecast and early warn faults arc by online detecting the energy of characteristic sub-bands, which can change the passive detection method of traditional to the active detection method, and reduce the damage of switch apparatus by excising the arcing faults in the early time. The actual test results show its high forecasting precision and reliable stability.
