基于ARM处理器的舵机半实物仿真系统的实现

         

摘要

导弹舵机是导弹制导与控制系统的执行机构环节,其半实物仿真系统亦是实现导弹制导与拧制系统半实物仿真验证平台中的关键环节;文中针对某型导弹舵机的动态特性与控制参数,设计一种基于ARM微处理器的舵机半实物仿真系统的实现方法;首先使用simulink工具箱对对导弹舵机的模拟系统进行数学建模以及相关控制参数优化计算;最后,通过ARM控制器的硬件电路实现舵机的半实物仿真系统的硬件平台,以及嵌入式软件编程实现舵机性能模拟;根据舵机半实物仿真系统与自动驾驶仪之间联合测试结果表明,舵机半实物仿真系统可以在导弹制导与控制系统半实物仿真验证平台中替代真实舵机.%The missile steering gear is executive unit of missile' s control and guidance system , its HWIL (Hardware-In- the-Loop) simulation system is the key part of the HWIL simulation and test system of missile's control and guidance system. steering gear control system based on ARM microcontroller is introduced in this paper, according to dynamical character and control index of one kind of missile steering gear. Firstly, mathematical modeling and some control index calculation is done by Using simulink tool box; Finally, the HWIL simulation system of steering gear can be done by programming on the ARM microcontroller. According to the co- test between simulation system and electronic autopilot, the research results indicate that the HWIL simulation of steering gear can replace the real steering gear in the HWIL simulation and test system of missile's control and guidance system.
