130t/h循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统应用

         

摘要

锅炉机组燃烧控制系统以130t/h循环流化床为例,阐述了循环流化床燃烧技术机理及其优点的广范应用;借助计算机组态技术,设计燃烧控制系统模型,模拟锅炉燃烧系统运行工况,采用高压罗茨风机转速调节返料风挡板返料量.改变料层厚度的方法调节床温,分析适应锅炉负荷变化燃烧调整.通过风与煤的搭配调节锅炉负荷实现锅炉循环量的改变,建立了稳定的物料循环将大量热量带到整个炉膛.从而使炉膛上下温度梯度减少,增大了负荷调节的范围达到调节锅炉负荷的目的;减少运行人员误操作事故,避免突发事件.%For example 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion control system, expounded the circulating fluidized bed combustion technology mechanism and the advantages of the routine use.By calculating configuration technology, designing combustion control system models, simulating boiler combustion system' s operation conditions, Adopting high voltage inverter on Luo-Tribulus air blower adjusted regurgitation feeding wind flap return, change material thickness feed method of adjusted bed temperature, analysis boiler load changes to combustion adjustment, Through the collocation of wind and the coal boiler load regulation realize boiler circulation quantity of changes, established the stable material circulation will send abundant heat to the entire chamber, thereby reducing furnace fluctuation temperature gradient, and increases the load adjusting range adjust boiler load purpose.Reduce the operational personnel incorrect operation accidents, avoid emergencies.
