基于FPGA的雷达目标回波模拟器的设计与分析

         

摘要

现代脉冲体制雷达广泛采用线性调频、非线性调频和相位编码等脉冲信号调制方式;雷达目标回波作为一种脉冲调制信号,主要与调制方式、斜率、带宽和编码形式有关;通过分析雷达目标回波特点和雷达目标回波模拟器的实现方式,提出了一种基于FPGA的雷达目标回波信号模拟器方案;该方案采用DDS模拟器方法,利用EP2C8Q208C8N实现DDS功能;仿真结果表明该方案可便捷地生成频率范围为5~40 MHz相位可控的常规波形、线性调频、非线性调频和相位编码脉冲调制信号.%The method of pulse signal modulation such as LFM, NLFM and PSK are widely used in modern pulse—compression radar. Radar target echo as a kind of pulse modulation signal related to modulating, slope, bandwidth and coding. The characteristics of radar target echo and the implement of simulator of radar target echo were analyzed. A system scheme of simulator of radar target echo was designed based on FPGA. It was composed of DDS simulator, and DDS was realized based on EP2C8Q208C8N. Simulation results showed that the system can generate pulse modulation signal which frequency from 5MHz to 40MHz and frequency, waveform and phase can be changed simply.
