针对构架整体时效电阻炉存在的大滞后,非线性、设定值变化且负荷干扰的特点,提出了一种基于PSO的灰色组合预测的炉温智能算法,首先,利用基于PSO的灰色预测的强自适应性,实时预测炉温变化,保证后续精确控制,然后采用变论域模糊控制实现电阻炉稳定控制;运行结果表明时效炉温度基本稳定在设定值的±5℃.%In view of furnace system of the whole framework with big lag, nonlinear, variable set 梡oint and strong load disturbance characteristics, an intelligent control algorithm based on PSO and gray Combination prediction model is proposed. Firstly, the temperature is predicted by using gray prediction based on PSO which has strong self adapt ability, then variable universe fuzzy control algorithm is chosen to achieve stable control of the the temperature. Finally, the run of system verified the temperature is stable .
