基于LabVIEW的电机功耗实时监测系统设计

         

摘要

功耗是衡量电机性能的一个重要指标;利用LabVIEW平台,开发了一种电机功耗的实时监测系统;该系统由软件和硬件两大部分组成,融合了计算机技术、虚拟仪器技术和串口通信技术,利用下位机(多功能电测仪表)实现对电机功耗参数(如电压、电流、功率等)的采集,然后遵循串口Modbus RTU通信协议将数据传送到上位机(PC或工控机),最后通过监测系统软件平台,完成数据的实时接收、处理、动态显示和存储功能;该系统已运行在某大型公司的电机测试系统中;试验结果表明,系统具有良好的性能,完全能够实现对电机功耗进行实时监测的功能.%Power consumption is an important index of motor performance measurement. Based on the platform of Lab VIEW, a kind of real-time monitoring-survey system for the power consumption of motor is developed. Mainly consisting of two parts: software and hardware, mixing the technologies of computer, virtual instrument and serial communication together, the system, firstly acquires the parameters (such as voltage, current, power, etc. ) of motor by the lower computer (multifunction electrical measurement instrument), then transfers these parameters to the higher computer (PC or IPC) via serial interface following the kind of Modbus RTU communicating protocol, finally completes these functions of data real-time receiving, processing, dynamic display and saving in using the monitoring system software platform. This software system has been put into use power- testing system for a company. Practice proves that the system is of good performance and holds the whole function of real-time monitoring-survey for the power consumption of motor.
