In this contract, a commitment contract was made to manufacturer by buyer which could confirm the minimum order quantity. Thus the optimal production capability was fixed. The applicability of order quantity commitment contracts under different wholesale prices was analyzed, and Pareto set of supply chain's performance was discussed. Price discount strategy based on order quantity commitment was further discussed. Through analyzing the members' optimal decisions, the probability of improvement for supply chain's performance was demonstrated. The conclusion was proved by numerical examples.
