不确定环境下创新性产品供应链生产能力决策模型

         

摘要

为优化供应链的性能,引入订购量承诺契约.在该契约中,购买商向制造商进行订购量承诺,确定最少购买量,制造商据此确定最优生产能力.首先讨论订购量承诺契约在不同批发价条件下的适用性,分析供应链性能改进的Pareto区间.继而引入基于订购量承诺的价格折扣策略,通过分析供应链成员的最优决策论证了进一步改进供应链性能的可能性.通过算例对结论进行了说明.%To optimize the performance of supply chain, the order quantity commitment contracts were introduced. In this contract, a commitment contract was made to manufacturer by buyer which could confirm the minimum order quantity. Thus the optimal production capability was fixed. The applicability of order quantity commitment contracts under different wholesale prices was analyzed, and Pareto set of supply chain's performance was discussed. Price discount strategy based on order quantity commitment was further discussed. Through analyzing the members' optimal decisions, the probability of improvement for supply chain's performance was demonstrated. The conclusion was proved by numerical examples.
