辅助机械创新的对称性知识及其应用

         

摘要

Numerical example analysis demonstrated that symmetry was widely existed and played an important role in realizing functions and properties of mechanical products. A multi-perspective and multi—level knowledge system of the concept of mechanical symmetry was proposed. The knowledge systems of general requirements, design standards and principles were established. A variety of association knowledge for symmetry application was mined, and the product innovative strategies were proposed. A case-based mechanical symmetry knowledge expression model was established, and a computer-aided design platform, which contained the method base of data mining, the databases of innovative design requirements, standards and principles, and the knowledge base of over 3000 symmetry instances, was constructed. Finally, the innovative design of a wind matching turbine was taken as a success example to implement and validate the symmetry application knowledge and strategies extracted by the platform.%对称性在机械产品中广泛存在并对机械功能与性能的实现起着重要作用.提出了机械对称性的多视角、多层次概念知识体系,构建广义设计需求和设计原理准则知识体系,挖掘出多种对称性应用关联知识,制定了基于上述知识的产品创新策略.建立了机械对称性实例知识的计算机表达模型,建设了包含3 000个实例的知识库、数据挖掘方法库和创新设计需求、原理、准则库的计算机辅助设计平台原型.最后,以发明风速匹配风力发电机为例,借助平台进行了对称性知识提炼和运用的成功实践.
