Because the current expert systems only support once diagnosis, without double or multiple diagnosis, in this paper, the model of a reproductive disease diagnosis expert system is proposed with the web-based design requirements of reproductive disease diagnosis, which is based on secondary diagnosis, certainty factors and weighted uncertain reasoning. The basic principle and key technologies of the expert system are discussed in detail, including system structure, function, knowledge base, the design and realization of the reasoning machine, and so on. The practice shows that the expert system features high stability and accuracy.%针对当前专家系统只支持一次诊断、不提供二次或多次诊断等问题,结合在Web环境下生殖疾病诊断设计的要求,提出了一种基于可信度、加权不确定推理的具有二次诊断的生殖疾病诊断专家系统模型,详细论述了该专家系统的基本原理和关键技术,包括系统结构、功能、知识库的建立以及推理机的设计和实现等.实践证明,该专家系统具有较高的稳定性和准确性.
