Complex network theory was applied to urban traffic to study the Braess paradox when lots of origin-destinations and sections exist in the urban traffic.MATLAB was used to establish a double layered traffic network and the flow of the urban traffic network was assigned based on the cause of the Braess paradox.On this basis,the urban traffic flow was simulated and the Braess paradox of the complex urban traffic network was studied when the number of the origin-destinations or roads in-creased,or the capacity of road changed,and the road causing the Braess paradox was determined and the plan which can im-prove urban traffic conditions was offered.%通过将复杂网络理论应用于城市交通中,分析当存在大量居民起讫点及路段时,城市交通中的 Braess 悖论现象。利用 MATLAB 建立一个双层城市交通网络,基于 Braess 悖论现象的成因,对城市交通网络进行交通配流;在此基础上,通过采用 MATLAB 对城市交通流进行仿真,研究当改变路段实际通行能力、新增居民起讫点或路段时,城市交通网络中的 Braess 悖论现象,确定造成该现象的路段,提供改善城市交通的方案。
