基于cDAQ的数字电路板功能测试系统设计

         

摘要

介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的数字电路板功能测试系统设计方案,系统在cDAQ平台的基础上设计相应的辅助测试电路,采用C#.NET语言对采集卡的模拟和数字输入输出模块编程,包括信号产生、数据采集、数据分析与处理等模块.系统设计遵循层次化、模块化、标准化的设计思想,具有可靠性高、扩展灵活、测试性好、维护简单等优点.通过测试实验验证该系统缩短了检测周期,大大提高了电路板的自动化测试程度,具有很好的应用价值.%In order to test the parameters of electrical power system, the design of digital circuit test system based on virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper. For design of the test system, relevant assistant test circuit was designed based on cDAQ platform and the functions validation test was implemented by programming for digital and analog ports with C#. NET language. It includes signal producing, data acquiring, analysis and processing component test modules, etc. The design of system follow the thought of stratification, modularization and standardization, having the advantage of high reliability, flexible extended good testability and simple maintenance. Results indicated that the test time is shortened and the degree of automatic test is infinitely enhanced. It has very good application value.
