基于GreenLab理论的水杉结构-功能模型

摘要

GreenLab模型作为一个通用的植物生长模型,将植物的生理生态过程和形态结构的建模有机的结合到一起.文章以幼龄水杉为研究对象,基于GreenLab模型的源一汇机制构造了水杉的功能模型,基于双尺度自动机原理构造了水杉的结构模型,并实现了水杉生长的可视化模拟.%GreenLab is a Functional Structural Plant Model (FSPM), which builds the plant morphogenesis using algorithms that simulate both the organs production (plant development) and the biomass production (plant growth). Water Chinese fir is the study object in this paper. We have constructed the functional model of Water Chinese fir based on the sourcesink mechanism of GreenLab model. We have constructed the structural model of Water Chinese fir based on the dual-scale automaton. It can simulate the growth of Water Chinese fir and output its three-dimensional view.
