光电探测设备具有完全被动工作方式、隐蔽性好、不受电子干扰、图像清晰直观等优点而被广泛应用,为减轻值班人员的工作压力并适用于无人值守光电探测设备的要求,设计开发了基于多目标提取与航迹处理的目标告警系统。多目标提取采用了梯度图像增强和多向梯度自适应检测的梯度图像处理算法,提高了目标提取的准确性;航迹处理算法消除了海面波浪等干扰因素对告警的不利影响,降低了虚警率。%Shore‐based electro‐optical detection equipment has the advantages of a completely passive working way , good invisibility ,without electronic interference ,the image is clear and intuitive so it is widely used .In oder to conform to the requirements of reducing the operator's stress and unmanned operating ,shore‐based electro‐optical target warning system is designed .target warning based of multiple target pick‐up and track processing .Multiple target pick‐up adopts grads image enhancement and multi‐grads adaptation detecting ,so enhance the veracity of pick‐up .Track processing avoid the infection of sea wave which enhance the veracity of wraning and reduce error .
