基于模糊控制的钻杆振动主动控制策略研究

摘要

论文从认识影响钻杆振动的成因出发,结合钻杆的振动特性研究结果,采用模糊控制策略,通过对钻压、转速两个主要钻进参数的模糊控制实现钻杆振动主动控制.最后通过在Matlab/Simulink中建立钻杆振动控制的仿真模型,验证该控制策略的控制效果,表明对钻进参数的模糊控制能有效的控制钻杆的振动,模糊控制策略适合钻杆的振动控制,系统稳定,动态性能好.%This paper from the understanding of the influence of drilling rod vibration causes,combined with the results of re?search on vibration characteristics of the drill pipe,the fuzzy control strategy,based on the drilling pressure,speed of two main drilling parameters fuzzy control rod vibration active control. Finally,the simulation model of pipe vibration control in Matlab/Simu?link is estallished,to verify the control effect of the control strategy of drilling parameters vibration control can control effectively the drill pipe fuzzy,fuzzy control strategy for vibration pipe control,system stability,good dynamic performance.
