基于计算实验的集群式供应链协同采购模式研究

         

摘要

The cluster supply chain,as a new type of collaborative pattern,couples as the industrial cluster to multiple supply chains,this provides the implementation conditions for collaborative procurement between the enterprises in the supply chain.There are many collaborative procurement patterns in cluster supply chain,but the research field has not yet to explore the suitable collaborative procurement pattern for enterprises to survive and develop under different market demands.Based on this,we put forward a computational experiments-based research method.It adopts Agent modelling technique to construct the simulation system of cluster supply chain,uses market requirement as the experimental parameter,and analyses the superiority-inferiority of different collaborative procurement patterns by observing the emergent phenomenon of enterprises.Experimental results show that this method can design and analyse the complex collaborative procurement pattern in cluster supply chain quantitatively,the data analyses results have certain reference significance for enterprises in making their decisions.%集群式供应链作为一种以产业集群和多供应链相耦合的新型协作模式,为供应链企业间的协同采购提供了实施条件。集群式供应链协同采购模式有多种,然而研究领域尚未对不同市场需求下适合企业生存发展的协同采购模式进行探究。基于此,提出一种基于计算实验的研究方法,采用Agent建模技术构建集群式供应链仿真系统,以市场需求作为实验参数,通过企业涌现行为分析不同协同采购模式的优劣性。实验结果表明:该方法能够实现定量地设计和分析集群式供应链中企业的复杂协同采购模式,其数据分析结果对企业决策有一定借鉴意义。
