阐述了2台进口压缩机的活塞杆及拆卸工具的国产化改造过程中遇到的问题及详细的解决方案,拉伸螺栓采用了特殊的热处理工艺提高材料性能,国产化改造成功,为进口压缩机关键零部件的国产化提供了可靠的技术储备.%The paper specified the problems occurred in the domestication transformation for the two sets of imported compressors' piston and crosshead flange disassembly tool and spare parts and the detailed solutions. Stretch bolts applied special heat treatment process to improve material property, which had achieved successful domestication transformation and provided reliable technical stor-age for the domestication of imported compressors' key parts.
