我国高职院校贫困生“精神资助”问题研究

摘要

With the expansion of the vocational college scale, as one special group, the number of the pover-ty-stricken students is also gradually growing. In addition to the economic pressure, they also face the spiritual poverty, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sensitivity, jealousy and paranoia. Therefore, the vocational colleges should focus on both financial assistance and spiritual subsidization to the poverty-stricken students. By analyzing the phenomenon of the poverty-stricken students’ spiritual poverty and the deficiency of the vocational colleges’ spiritual subsidization, looking for the countermeasures to find a way to promote the comprehensive de-velopment of the poverty-stricken students.%随着我国高等职业院校规模日渐扩大，作为其中的一个特殊群体---贫困生的人数亦日渐增多，他们除了承受经济压力外，还面临着“精神贫困”，诸如焦虑、抑郁、自卑、敏感、嫉妒和偏执，等等。因此，高职院校应当在注重对贫困生“经济资助”的同时，加强对贫困生的“精神资助”。通过剖析贫困生“精神贫困”现象以及学校“精神资助”工作不足等问题，思考相应对策，力求探究出塑造贫困生健康人格，促进贫困生全面发展的新途径。
