本文探究原始创新路径下企业向创新型方向进行战略变革的内在机理。在分析向创新企业进行战略变革及知识成长相关国内外研究理论成果基础上，阐释了作为各种创新方式本质的知识创造的泛生态过程，分析了原始创新路径下知识创造的泛生态过程在三个环节上的系统整合过程，提出了此路径下传统企业向创新企业战略变革的知识生态模型，并以天士力集团为例对该模型在企业实践中的体现进行了实证分析。%The paper explores the internal mechanism on the strategic change for enterprises to become innovative ones un -der original innovation path .Based on the analysis of relevant studies at home and abroad , the paper expounds the exten-sive ecological process of knowledge creation as the essence of all kinds of innovation paths , including the links of knowl-edge preparation , knowledge production and knowledge diffusion , analyzes the systematic integration process of the three links on the extensive ecological process of knowledge creation in original innovation path , raises the knowledge ecology model in the strategic change from traditional enterprises to innovative enterprises under this path , and makes an empirical analysis of the reflection on the model in enterprise practice by taking Tasly Group as an example .
