Organizational performance is one of the most important constructs in management research .Through a sys-tematic study of literature , this article discusses the meanings and evolution of organizational performance measurement and mainly analyzes the development of organizational performance measurement models in abroad , expecting to find out the nature and rule about organizational performance measurement from these models .%组织绩效是管理学领域中最重要的构念之一。本文通过对组织绩效测量文献的系统梳理,探讨了组织绩效测量的内涵及演化,并重点对国外有关组织绩效测量模型的发展进行分析,期望从这些模型中找出绩效测量的本质及规律。
