基于多级可拓模型的企业组织结构管控效率评价方法研究

     

摘要

根据企业组织结构及管控效率的特性,建立了包含沟通及任务执行效率、资源利用效率和管理幅度效率3个维度的企业组织结构管控效率评价指标体系;在物元可拓理论基础上构建了组织结构管控效率多级可拓评价模型,该模型能够确定企业组织结构管控效率的综合评价等级及发展趋势,并通过各级指标的评价结果解析企业各维度具体的效率水平,从而为企业有针对性地提高自身管控效率、完善组织结构设计及建立企业管理流程机制提供依据;通过对案例企业组织结构管控效率的评价,验证所建立模型的科学及合理性。%Combining with characteristics of the organizational structure and management control efficiency, the assess⁃ment system including communication and task execution efficiency, resource use efficiency and management range effi⁃ciency is established;a multi-level extension evaluation model of management control efficiency of organizational struc⁃ture is built using the matter-element extension theory, which can determine the comprehensive evaluation level and de⁃velopment trend of the enterprise management and control efficiency of organizational structure and can also know the effi⁃ciency level of specific aspects, providing targeted suggestions for all kinds of enterprises to improve their efficiency and organizational design as well as build business process management mechanism; an organizational structure of a state-owned enterprise is given as an example to test the rationality and scientific validation of the model by evaluating its effi⁃ciency.
