关系机制、市场契约与知识交易--供应链视角下的实证研究

摘要

基于关系交易理论和交易成本理论，构建关系机制与市场契约对供应链企业间知识交易影响的概念模型，其中关系机制分为间接关系机制和直接关系机制，间接关系机制主要通过知识中介体现，直接关系机制包括共同目标和信任两个方面内容，知识交易主要从显性知识交易和隐性知识交易两个角度考虑。运用多元回归模型对上述概念模型进行了实证研究，结果表明：知识中介和市场契约对显性知识交易的正向影响显著，而对隐性知识交易的正向影响并不显著；共同目标和信任对显性知识交易和隐性知识交易均有正向显著影响，且信任对隐性知识交易的影响程度明显高于显性知识交易；市场契约在关系机制与知识交易之间起调节作用。%Based on relational exchange theory and transaction cost theory , a conceptual model for the effects of relational mechanism and market contract on knowledge trading among enterprises in the supply chain is proposed and empirically tested with the multiple regression models .For the purpose of this study , relational mechanism is divided into indirect relational mechanism and direct relational mechanism , and knowledge trading is divided into explicit knowledge trading and tacit knowl -edge trading.Besides, the indirect relational mechanism is mainly expressed by knowledge broker , while the direct relational mechanism consists of shared goals and trust .The results show that knowledge broker and market contract have significant and positive impact on explicit knowledge trading , but they do not have positive impact significantly on tacit knowledge trading . Shared goals and trust have significant and positive impact not only on explicit knowledge trading but also on tacit knowledge trading, and trust has a stronger positive effect on the tacit knowledge trading than explicit knowledge trading .Finally, it is al-so proved that market contract has a moderating effect on relationships between relational mechanism and knowledge trading .
