Regarding to the main oxides component in coal ash, the mixture was done according to different ratios, then, the simulation of ash samples which was quite similar with the raw coal at ash fusibility were prepared, in a weak reductive atmosphere, determination of fusion characteristic temperature for simulated ash samples was done, meanwhile, how each oxides affected the ash fusion temperature was analyzed, it was indicated that in the process of adjusting the Baori lignite ash fusion temperature, SiO 2 、 Al2 O 3 have functions of increase and reducing at the same time, Fe2 O 3 、 Na2 O could be good fluxing agent, adding CaO had good resistance welding functions.%针对煤灰中的主要氧化物成分进行不同比例的混合后制备出与原煤灰熔融性相近的模拟灰样品,在弱还原性气氛下对模拟灰样进行熔融特征温度的测定,并分析了各氧化物对灰熔融性的影响,指出在调整宝日褐煤灰熔融性的过程中,SiO 2、Al2 O 3具有升高与降低的双重功效,Fe2 O 3、Na2 O 可充当良好的助熔剂,添加氧化钙可起到良好的阻熔作用。
