摘要

研制开发了QJGB型高爆芯起爆具无退模塑料壳体，将其应用于起爆具生产工艺，实现了起爆具不退模连续化、自动化生产，减少了起爆具生产的危险工序，降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率。%The type QJGB plastic shell of high explosive core booster without demoulding has been studied and applied to the detonator production process, which realizes continuous and automatic production of booster without demoulding, reduces the hazardous process of booster production, lowers the labor strength and improves production efficiency.
