In the conclinal basement dump of W2 surface coalmine has been happened east side local fracturing and subsided, col⁃lapsed during October 2011. Both sides of coal haulage highway happened about 1m height ground heaving, seriously threatening coal truck and operation personnel security. On the basis of geological environment intensive study, using combined rigid limit equilibrium method and FLAC3D numerical simulation carried out quantitative analysis and assessment for dump stability impacting from basement configuration, slope angle and slope height. The result has shown that the maximal impact on dump basement system stability is from basement configuration and lithology, slope angle the second, slope height minimal. The study is helpful to guide this kind dump slope design and select emergency prevention and control project scheme.%西二露天煤矿顺倾基底排土场于2011年10月在其东侧局部地段出现裂缝并下沉、塌陷,运煤公路两侧地表出现近1m高的地鼓,严重威胁运煤卡车及作业人员安全。在深入研究区内地质环境条件的基础上,采用刚体极限平衡法和FLAC3D数值模拟相结合的方法,对排土场稳定性受基底形态,坡角、坡高的影响进行定量分析和评价。结果表明,基底形态与岩性对排土场-基底系统稳定性影响最大,边坡角次之,边坡高度影响最小。该研究有助于指导此类排土场边坡设计和应急防治工程方案的选择。
