千米大直径双提升复杂结构井筒装备快速施工技术

         

摘要

文章以孔庄煤矿千米大直径双提升复杂结构混合立井井筒装备施工为例,通过研制锚杆孔定位用号眼模具盘、六层可组装的分体式吊盘等施工装备,在永久井架上布置双层天轮平台,地面布置多台稳车及利用稳车群变频调速控制系统提升吊盘,采用整体吊盘先敷设井筒内电缆及井筒装备从下往上一次成形工艺原理等国内先进施工技术快速安全高效的完成了井筒装备工程施工.该技术适用于深立井双提升复杂结构的井筒装备安装工程施工,在实践中取得了良好的经济和社会效益,为同类型工程施工提供了一种可借鉴的施工应用经验.%Based on the engineering background of 1000-meter large diameter double hoisting shaft equipment with complex structure, through the development of split bolt hole positioning mould plate, assembleable six-layer hanging plate and other construction equipment, a double-layer sheave wheel platform is arranged on permanent derrick, multiple winches are deployed on the ground using the winch group frequency conversion speed control system to lift the hanging plate. Shaft equipment construction is quickly and safely completed using domestic advanced construction technology, such as overall hanging plate (with inner-shaft cable laid firstly) and bottom-to-top one-time shaft forming technology. This technology is applicable to the shaft equipment installation construction of deep shafts and double hoisting complex structures. It has achieved good economic and social benefits in practice, and provides a construction application experience for the same type shaft construction.
