双源CT FLASH模式血管造影对先天性冠状动脉变异的诊断价值

         

摘要

目的 探讨双源CT血管造影(DSCTA)FLASH模式血管造影诊断先天性冠状动脉变异的价值.方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年9月行DSCTA检查的3216例患者的影像资料,运用曲面重建、容积再现、最大密度投影、多平面重组等后处理技术对所有患者图像进行汇总分析.结果 3216例患者DSCTA中共检出先天性冠状动脉变异361例,包括冠状动脉走行变异297例,冠状动脉起源变异32例,冠状动脉数目变异4例,冠状动脉结构变异16例,冠状动脉终止变异12例.结论 双源CT FLASH模式能准确、安全地发现先天性冠状动脉变异患者受到辐射剂量明显减少具有较好的临床应用价值.%Objective To discuss the value of dual source CT (DSCT)angiography in the diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies.Methods The DSCT coronary artery angiography data of 3216 cases in our hospital were used with multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),volume rendering(VR),maximum intensity proj ection(MIP)and curved planar reformation(CPR)to analyze a variety of congenital coronary artery anomalies.Results 361 cases of congenital coronary artery anomalies were found in 3216 cases of MSCT coronary artery angiography,including 297 cases of the courses of congenital coronary artery anomalies,32 cases of the origin of congenital coronary artery anomalies,4 cases of the number of congenital coronary artery anomalies, 16 cases of the structure of congenital coronary artery anomalies,12 cases of the end of congenital coronary artery anomalies.Conclusion DSCT can accurately and safely find congenital coronary artery anomalies,can be used as the preferred examination of congenital coronary artery anomalies.
