目的 调查临床各护理单元POCT血糖仪的使用现状,并对影响POCT血糖仪检测结果的原因进行分析.方法 对某三甲医院各护理单元非专业人员POCT血糖仪的使用情况进行随机抽样问卷调查,问卷由被调查者独立填写.结果 调查共发出问卷80份,回收有效问卷65份.其中95%使用POCT血糖仪的非专业人员没有经过专业培训;只有1.5% POCT血糖仪有SOP,有86% POCT血糖仪进行定期校准;但只有3.1%调查者对所用POCT血糖仪的性能做过评价和定期与生化分析仪血糖结果比对;有5% POCT血糖仪开展了室内质控,多数仪器没有建档和专人管理;83%非专业人员能熟练操作POCT血糖仪,绝大多数知道待乙醇干后采血,并用第2滴血进行测定;50%操作者在取末梢血时使用挤压或按摩的方法;40%护理人员对异常结果采用生化分析仪复查,所有检测结果只是记录在血糖观察表上而未出具正式报告.结论 应加强全程质量管理,以提高POCT血糖仪检测结果的一致性和准确性.%Objective To investigate the application status of POCT glucosemeter and analyze the factors in obtaining the accurate result. Methods A questionnaire was delivered to the nurses in a three level of first-class hospital in Chonqing. The questionnaires were completed independently by respondents. Results A total of 80 copies of questionnaires were distributed, and 65 copies completed returned from the nurses in the hospital. 95％ of non-professional staffs operating POCT glucosemeter had not been trained professionally. The percentage of establishing the standard operation procedure was 1. 5％. Though 86％ of POCT glucosemeter had been calibrated. Assessed the performance of POCT glucosemeter and compared the results to the automatic biochemistry analyzer only accounted for 3. 1％. Performed quality control accounted for 5％ and many glucosemeters had not been managed by authorized person; 83％ of non-professional staff could adroitly operate the POCT glucosemeter and knew the exact takeblood method; 50％ of the operators used the wrong methods to obtain the peripheral blood; 40％ of the nurses would review the abnormal results by automatic biochemistry analyzer. Conclusion To improve the consistency and accuracv of blood glucose testing by POCT,the whole range quality management would be enhanced.
