This study aims at examining the relationship between perceived organizational support( POS),job satisfaction(JS)and organizational citizenship behaviors( OCB). The data were collected from 378 teachers from higher vocational and technical colleges in China. Results indicated that POS had positive and significant effect on JS. JS had positive and significant effect on OCB. Additionally,JS mediated completely the relationship between POS and OCB.%以国内378名高职院校教师为有效样本,探讨组织支持感、工作满意度和组织公民行为的关系。研究结果表明,高职院校教师组织支持感对工作满意度有显著积极影响,工作满意度对组织公民行为有显著积极影响,工作满意度完全中介了组织支持感与组织公民行为的关系。
