底模类型对砂浆抗压强度的影响

         

摘要

The compressive strength of mortar is not only decided by mixture ratio, but also linked with the type and moisture content of bottom mold materials. The consistency of mortar and moisture content of wall materials have little impact on the compressive strength of mortar,and the compressive strength of mortar is higher than the one formed by the steel bottom mold when the mortar is used to lay the sintered shale brick and ceramic concrete block. The consistency of mortar and moisture content of aerated concrete block matched with each other will promote the compressive strength of mor-tar. When the consistency of mortar is less than 80 mm, the compressive strength of mortar decreases significantly, even much lower than that formed by the steel bottom mold.%砂浆的抗压强度不仅取决于砂浆的配合比,而且与砂浆成型时底模材料的类型及其含水率有关。砌筑烧结页岩砖和陶粒混凝土砌块时,砂浆稠度和墙体材料含水率对砂浆抗压强度的影响较小,砂浆的抗压强度比钢质底模时的抗压强度高。砌筑加气混凝土砌块时,砂浆稠度和加气混凝土含水率相互匹配时能够获得更高的抗压强度;砂浆稠度小于80mm,则会导致砂浆抗压强度显著降低,比采用钢质底模时的抗压强度低得多。
