基于GIS平台的城市建筑高度控制初探--以贵州省湄潭县为例

Urban building height control is vital to urban shape and spatial form, and GIS is an important technical tool for urban height control. The core area design in Meitan county of Guizhou is GIS platform-based, the high evaluation system of"assessment factor+model updating"is established to con-trol urban building height, so GIS technology is applied in three dimension space of urban physical form.%城市建筑高度控制对城市风貌和空间形态的塑造至关重要，GIS（地理信息技术）是一种可定量为城市高度提供控制依据的重要技术手段。贵州省湄潭县中心城区核心地块城市设计以GIS为平台，构建“因子评价+模型修正”的高度评价体系，对城市建筑高度进行控制，从而探讨GIS技术在城市物质形态三维空间塑造的运用。
