一个建筑师的足迹与丰碑--忆建筑教育家、第二代建筑师叶仲玑先生

摘要

Mr. Ye Zhongji, an architectural educator, once worked as a teacher in Architecture Department of Central University, Dean of Architecture and Engineering Department of Chongqing University and Dean of Architecture Department of Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineer-ing successively, making great contributions to architectural education in China, especially the west China. As an architect of the second generation, he published Atlas of Architectural Standard Pattern in 1940s. After the liberation of Chongqing, he designed the library of Chongqing University after the Anti-Japanese War and Chongqing Peace Cinema, reflecting the era. He won the first prize in the national competition for the bridge head design for Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan. His works are not abundant but era-marked.%叶仲玑先生作为建筑教育家，曾执教于中央大学建筑系，并先后担任重庆大学建筑工程系主任，重庆建筑工程学院建筑系主任，为我国特别是西部建筑教育事业的发展做出了宝贵的贡献。作为我国第二代建筑师，40年代后出版《建筑标准制式图集》等著述。在抗战胜利后设计了重庆大学图书馆，解放初设计了重庆和平电影院等反应那个时代文化的建筑作品，并在武汉长江大桥桥头堡建筑方案全国设计竞赛中获甲等奖，留下虽量少但有时代印记的作品。
