人工耳蜗植入对残余听力的影响

摘要

随着人工耳蜗植入术的发展，保留残余听力渐渐成为一个必须关注的问题。部分耳聋患者在人工耳蜗植入术后，残余听力损失严重甚至完全丧失，而另外一部分耳聋患者仍保留残余听力。因此，如何在术后保留残余听力是一个值得探讨的问题。本文综述了残余听力的概念、人工耳蜗植入术对残余听力的影响、保护残余听力的意义以及保留残余听力的方法，为后续科研课题提出了研究方向。%With the development of cochlear implant technology, preservation of residual hearing become a necessary concern. Some hearing-impaired patients lose some or even all of the residual hearing, but the other patients can preserve residual hearing. Thus, how to preserve residual hearing after cochlear implantation is worthy of discussion. This article introduces the concept of residual hearing, analyzes the impact of cochlear implantation on residual hearing and the significance of preservation of residual hearing and reviews the methods for hearing preservation and points out possible directions for relevant studies.
